This is another super yummy and easy recipe we served at my sister’s bachelorette party. Seriously, there is only three ingredients! But, this recipe can still be easily messed up. When you are buying your ingredients, you need to have really good barbecue sauce. Don’t skimp and get the cheapest, because your meatballs are only going to taste as good as the sauce. So get one that has a really good flavor! I love Waldo’s barbecue sauce so that is what I used, but get your favorite. The sweet-and-sour doesn’t play as big of a role, because you taste more of the barbecue sauce anyways. So go cheap here. Then you just heat everything up and serve. So easy right!

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen cooked Italian meatballs (1/2 ounce each), thawed
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
Directions
Place the meatballs in a 3-qt. microwave-safe dish; cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the sauces; cover and heat on high for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Pour over meatballs; cover and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
